1. PrEliminary DEsign
First, we get to know you and your project. Together, we develop a preliminary proposal in terms of cost and timeline to complete the project. Before any work begins, you will be presented with a detailed estimate for all project options. If needed, onsite visits can be arranged for a more in-depth consultation about your project’s requirements.
2. REvision & Final DEsign
Following our preliminary design discussions, our design team works through a series of collaborative processes culminating in a final design that will ensure your project meets our standards for material selection and manufacturing. Through this process, our clients can expect to review the technical drawings and 3D models of their projects to help guide our designers towards exactly what they envision.
3. MatErial SElEction
Our materials and components selection process is designed through decades of industry knowledge and experience to provide you with the highest quality products that will fit within your budget and design constraints. Material selection starts by carefully evaluating material samples against performance and manufacturing requirements. We then create a curated menu that presents a few different options and cost scenarios. Components selection evaluates how the project will be used now, as well as, looking at industry trends to make sure that your project is future-proof.
4. Manufacturing
This is where the project quite literally comes to life. After the design has been finalized and materials have been selected our master craftsmen begin the manufacturing process. Utilizing our state-of-the-art equipment to create the highest quality product. Often we work with clients to develop custom tools that can be used in their future designs. Our expertise in design and manufacturing allows us to fully realize your designs that are not only ergonomically functional but also cost effective and aesthetically pleasing.
5. DElivEry & Installation
Lastly, we work with you to create a delivery plan that works best for your project. If you have the capabilities to pick up the manufactured item then we will ensure that it is packaged and ready for your delivery team. If you do not have those capabilities then we will map out a delivery plan so that your project can be delivered and ready for installation.
